Experience Designer & Strategist
Hi, I’m Lan. My journey has included cognitive neuroscience research, working with non-profit advocacy groups, being trained in UX/UI, and studying service design through a year-long experiential learning program called Experience Institute.
My time as an advocate for marginalized communities taught me the importance of user needs, motivation, and pain points. Now as an experience designer and strategist seeking to create positive social change, I have an eye towards making connections between unconventional disciplines and turning complex systems into intuitive design using a human-centered approach.
